The Reward Manager will have broad responsibilities assisting with the increased workload due to the annual activities within the function as well as supporting the Head of Reward on international projects across compensation, benefits, sales incentives, and global mobility.

As the Reward Manager you will manage the global employee benefits programme, drive efficient and accurate delivery of annual budgeting, salary reviews, and promotions globally. Managing the delivery of all reward and benefits related activities including, remuneration modelling, market analysis, job pricing design, salary banding, variable pay planning, benefit enrolment, and vendor relationship management.

The salary for this position is up to £85,000 dependant on experience, you must be immediately available or on a 1 week notice period to be considered for this position. If you would like to learn more please apply today.
