Facilities Manager £50,000 plus bonus City

A highly prestigious Financial Services Firm based in the City has an opportunity for a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the facilities and services. The company has over 300 staff.

Hours:- 8:30am - 4:30pm

The key responsibilities include:-

  • Responsible for rent, rates, utilities, cleaning, contracts and general maintenance
  • Responsible for physical security, health & safety, first aid, maintenance of business machines, mail , couriers, printing,stationery, furniture, reception and meeting rooms
  • Building management
  • Overseeing the front of house operations

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Will have Level 4 NEBOSH
  • Have worked in a similar role as a Facilities Manager
