An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading property organisation based in London. Working as part of the Commercial Property Management Team, you will deliver a full facilities service to Tenants, management of the Building Managers and Contractors. You will attend all meetings and liaise very closely with the Lettings and Legal team, be responsible for the preparation of service charge budgets, assist with the preparation of procurement, financial forecasts and annual expenditures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential
  • Horizon Property management software experience
  • Meridian Health & Safety database or similar
  • A strong understanding of Commercial Property Management
  • Good understanding of account functions, credit control and Tenant service charges
  • Previous experience of managing on site staff
  • Experience of preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Experience of interpreting lease clauses, obligations and liabilities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Hands on and flexible approach
