Executive Assistant - Private Equity

West End

9am to 5:30pm with flex

LMA recruitment are partnered with a prestigious international private equity business based in the West End who are currently recruiting for an exciting traditional PE role to support up to 4 Executives and we are looking for the utmost professional, charming ambassador to take on this super challenge!

You will be a highly experienced business and private EA with previous experience working within financial services, ideally within private equity and used to supporting a busy, demanding team. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, advanced system skills, in particular, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and have high-level attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business within a fast-paced, varied role!

Key duties:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Extensive, complex travel arrangements, including preparing travel itineraries, booking of flights, accommodation, taxies, trains, and other reservations
  • Prepare and submit via Concur all required documentation for expense reimbursement
  • Provide general administrative support including inbox management, phone coverage, message management, post distribution and scanning
  • Assist with the preparation, review and assembly of documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to take on project management of tasks (such as offsites, conferences, multi-day board agendas)
  • Competent and willing to look after the personal affairs of the family of one of the Partners
