Investor Relations/EA - West End - £50-60K - Hours: 9-6 with flex.

We have the most outstanding opportunity to support a boutique finance house within IR, providing key support to a female Director who is totally switched on and wants a right hand person who can hit the ground running.

We need a candidate who possesses exceptional core administrative skills and organisational skills, combined with superb communication skills, client relationship management skills and a high attention to detail.

It would be ideal if the successful candidate possesses a background in Investor Relations within private equity and is utterly career committed and ready for their next challenge!

The role will be a such an exciting position, as you handle all the regular admin, but really get to know your boss and become that true right hand person, dealing with IR functionality.


EA DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

· High volume of scheduling and diary management for Director to include meetings, conference calls and VCC with attendees across multiple time zones. Liaising with technical contacts as required. · Rescheduling commitments, often at short notice due to changing business needs · Build, develop and maintain relationships with investor contacts · Excellent telephone manner. Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate parties in an efficient and professional manner. Taking clear and concise messages and passing these on accordingly · Provide full secretarial support, including filing, retaining documents, dealing with all correspondence, drafting replies · Printing and binding documents. · Organising worldwide but mostly European travel arrangements, including hotel, flight and ground transportation · Collating documents for meetings in a timely manner · Liaising with staff from all business entities on a daily basis · Respond to and follow up enquiries by post, telephone and emails · Support and assist other Assistants as and when required. Preparing and submitting expenses. · Coordinating necessary visa and passport renewals. Ad hoc duties as required.

INVESTOR RELATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

· Arrange high volume of investor meetings across teams · Maintain IR calendars and arrange roadshows globally but primarily in Europe. Includes responsibility for venue, invites, presentations, communications and travel arrangements. · Maintain CRM system (Salesforce). Confidence in following up with Executives to ensure the necessary information is obtained and added to the system. Ability to run reports of recent activity. · Preparing and distribute agendas, briefing materials and other relevant materials to Director and Partners for key meetings. · Assist in preparing documentation, reports, presentations and announcements in both PowerPoint and Word by proof reading, following up with investment team members for data, editing and formatting, for external distribution. · distribute presentations in advance of investor meetings. · Work closely with Director. · Maintaining various databases in Word, Excel, CRM. · Event management of the Annual General Meeting, including sending out mass email invites on behalf of the Director, monitoring responses, making arrangements with the venue and being present on the day to oversee the smooth running of the conference. · Monitor investor relations in-boxes and escalate important correspondence as needed.

SKILLS

· Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels. · Good judgement and ability to build relationships with colleagues and business partners · Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines and maintain composure in a high-pressure environment. · Knowledge of the Investor Relations Function within Private Equity. · Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). · Discretion, diligence and autonomy. · Confidence to manage upwards in an appropriate manner. · Ability to work as part of a team supporting other administrative and investment team members. · Resilience and the ability to maintain professionalism and calm demeanour at all times ·
