A leading investment bank requires an experienced Events Coordinator to assist the communications team to organise a large investor conference. Previous event management or roadshow experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaison with the 30 expected issuers:

o hotel bookings

o transfer times

o speaking slots

o ensuring timely receipt and printing of presentations

o accommodating any other requests

o Confirming the individual meeting schedules to each issuer, and updating them with any changes

- Event collaterals

o badges, signage,

o speaker biographies gathered and printed

o issuer presentations and other marketing materials printed

o ensuring appropriate signage & marketing merchandise at hotel

- Downloading the 1:1 meeting requests from the system and keeping updated the person scheduling the 1:1 meetings with additions/cancellations etc.

- Assisting with any other tasks involving the conference

Skills and Experience

  • Previous event management or roadshow experience is essential, ideally within financial services
  • Adept at planning and co-ordinating high-profile corporate events
  • Graduate calibre
  • Flexibility, mobility, autonomy
  • Accuracy diligence and attention to detail
  • Capacity to work to tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a challenging environment
