My Client, an established Law firm based in London are currently seeking a Events & Marketing Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. Working as part of a small team this role will focus 80% on Events and 20% on Marketing, with a strong involvement in the administrative function of Events.
Duties will include:
Supporting the Business Development and Marketing team with all administrative duties
Managing event communication
Managing and arranging the organisation of internal and external events and conferences
Managing, arranging and production of event material
Monitoring the events inbox
Posting on the website and social media platforms
Production and proof reading of blogs and marketing materials
Management and data entry of the CRM system
Marketing of stock management
Processing of invoices
Dealing with enquiries
The successful candidate will have previous marketing and events experience within a Legal/Law firm, Accountancy or Financial Services organisation. You will be extremely professional with strong attention to detail and strong proof reading experience. Excellent MS Office skills, inclusive of Word, PowerPoint and Excel along with previous CRM experience. You will have very strong organisational and planning skills, be confident dealing with people at all levels, be enthusiastic, diplomatic and passionate about marketing and events.
Preferably you will have a Degree in Marketing and/or Events or be CIM qualified, or studying towards this.
