My client who is a prestigious international educational organisation is looking for a graduate calibre experienced senior level PA with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills to provide support to a very busy and demanding CEO of the business.

Duties will include a high level of support to the Chief Executive, dealing with correspondence, minute taking, organising itineraries, statistics and liaising with Governors and a vast number of contacts both in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate must have confident interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written and the ability to deal with matters of a confidential nature. The post holder will have strong secretarial skills and be highly computer literate with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

To be successful in this role, you will be diplomatic, diligent and conscientious and be able to see things through. You will need to be extremely upbeat and be able to multi-task as the role is very varied. The current team is looking for an individual who can demonstrate in their previous experience that they have had to manage a busy workload. As well as:

  • Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to deal with complex diary management, overseas travel coordination and liaison
  • Multifaceted in communication, planning, organisational, interpersonal, research and content writing skills
  • Aptitude to deal with matters of a confidential or sensitive nature
  • Be comfortable working as a part of a team, but equally able to work independently and liaise with all levels (up to Board level)
  • You must take real pride in your work and be willing to roll-your-sleeves-up-and-get-stuck-in
