LMA is delighted to be partnering with a Global Banking organisation for the recruitment of a Deferred Reward Manager.

The purpose of the role is the make sure that the bank are recognised as a market leader in Share Plans with a great proposition internally and externally.

The Deferred Reward Manager will be part of a team of 6 specialists and will report into the Group Head of Share Plans. Key stakeholder groups will be Group Reward, Tax, Payroll, ER, Legal and Treasury.

The Deferred Reward Manager will be responsible for the research improvement and design of future Share Plans and communicate the plans effectively to all employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communication strategy to engage employees in the value of their deferred Compensation
  • Driving financial education and wellbeing through sharesave and sharematch products
  • provide analysis on participation rates by country
  • Ensuring plans are compliant with Tax and regulation( market abuse, regime, mifid II and GDPR)
  • Defining the true purpose and value of Deferred Reward plans
  • Being cognizant of best practice and ensuring engaging plans that engage the target demographics and provide flexibility within the regulatory environment
  • simplification of plans and offerings where appropriate
