£30,000 per annum 6 month FTC

We have a fabulous data administrator role working for a large financial firm based in the heart of the city.

The role

This role sits within the Client On boarding team who are responsible for the population and maintenance of the company's Global Client Common Data Repository together with maintaining static/reference data for additional systems. You will also have to:

  • Maintain static client reference data within the Client On boarding and Reference Data system "IGO".
  • Process data maintenance requests from other departments/teams promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the day to day administration of the Client On boarding and Client Reference Data system, ensuring data quality and rules are maintained to high standards and in accordance with the firms legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Liaise with the Client Reference Data system developers to resolve any development and quality assurance / testing related issues.
  • Monitor the team's mailbox and respond to all client data related queries in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve data issues.
  • Assist with the compilation of key performance indicator reports and management information for client data and client on boarding workstreams periodically and on an ad-hoc basis when required.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required in order to meet the needs of the business.

The candidate

The successful candidate will have had previous experience of reference data maintenance. They must have good computer and excellent written communication skills. They must have the ability to work under pressure and without constant supervision. You must also enjoy working in a professional and friendly team where there could be scope for progression.
