LMA are recruiting for a Customer Support Associate to be responsible for performing first line telephone and/ or email support for internal employees. Working for a large professional services organisation based in Birmingham. Looking for an immediate start paying up to £22,000.

Duties include:

- Provide first level functional support to call client facing and support staff within the business

- Respond to queries and aim to resolve at least 90% at first contact

- Log, troubleshoot and track problems to successful conclusion

- Escalate complex issues

- Resolve cases within agreed SLA's

- Perform special assignments and daily/weekly administration tasks

- Proactively check data quality

The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of MS office, experience working with Lotus Notes and MS Outlook.

Need to have previous experience working with customers as well as an administrative background. Be a team player, able to work to deadlines under pressure. Proactive, organised and must be able to juggle multiple priorities.
