We have a superb opportunity for a corporate receptionist to work in one of the most prestigious finance houses in the West End, providing key corporate reception support in a team of 3.

This is the opportunity of a lifetime. Working in a progressive firm where you are supported by a Head Receptionist who is utterly charming and professional and will work within an extremely successful team, delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours: 9.00 - 5.30pm with flexibility and the ability to swop shifts.

You will be an ambassador for the company providing that seamless meet and greet service to extremely important HNWI/visitors, with key focus on the below:

Duties include:

  • Ensuring all clients are greeted in a polished, friendly and professional manner.
  • Operating and answering an Avaya switchboard.
  • Managing conference room bookings/meetings schedules/updates.
  • Coordination of visitors log through in-house systems.
  • Liaising with catering manager and hospitality assistant.
  • Supporting Executive Assistant/Overseas Directors/Partners.
  • Assisting with European offices conference room bookings.
  • Stationery weekly orders and stock-taking.
  • Assisting with couriers and post collection/distribution.
  • Assisting with facilities.
  • Inputting business cards into CRM.

Qualities required:

  • Experience in financial services front of house.
  • Immaculate in corporate image
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Career committed
  • Ability to multi-task.
