Corporate Receptionist

LMA Recruitment have an opportunity for a committed Receptionist with strong client services skills to join a successful Law firm based in the heart of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a renowned organisation, providing a 5* service on their busy front of house reception, as well as providing a seamless client experience at all times.

The duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the busy switchboard
  • Answering and screening confidential calls
  • Coordinating meeting room reservations
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Dealing with queries and enquiries
  • Inbox management
  • Ad hoc administration support
  • PA support
  • Diary Management

As the ideal candidate, you will have previous and solid Reception experience, working within a busy corporate environment, preferably within a Legal or Financial organisation. You will be incredibly switched on with a warm and energetic personality and have excellent client service and communication skills. You will have a real passion for working front of house, be a professional individual with a "can do attitude", be able to work on your own initiative, but equally be a real team player. You will be flexible, highly reliable and articulate with a calm, friendly and welcoming manner.
