Corporate Receptionist/Administrator - City Based

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Administrator to join an global law firm based in the City.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small team, providing a 5* service on their very busy front of house reception, as well as providing a seamless client experience at all times.

The duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the switchboard
  • Answering and screening confidential calls
  • Coordinating meeting room reservations
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Setting up video conferences and Webex meetings
  • Setting up IT equipment
  • Dealing with queries
  • Ensuring all commune areas are kept presentable and tidy at all times

As the ideal candidate, you will have worked within an extremely busy, corporate environment as a Receptionist previously, preferably within a legal or financial services organisation. You will be switched on and reliable with excellent client service and communication skills. You will be a professional individual with a real can do attitude, able to work on your own initiative, but equally be a real team player. You will be highly polished and articulate with a warm, friendly and welcoming manner.
