LMA Recruitment are recruiting alongside a superb Bank based in the City for a Front of House receptionist. This is a wonderful opportunity if you are looking to work for a warm but professional financial company.

Key Duties include:

  • Primary point of contact for visitors
  • Ensuring the ground floor meeting rooms as well as the reception area are tidy and organised
  • Daily review of public calendar to prepare for visitor/guest arrival
  • Ensure stationery is maintained, ordered and replaced
  • Opening, date stamping and distribution of all post as well as handling all courier deliveries and dispatches
  • Manage meeting room booking system, including requests, resolving clashes, owning pre meeting preparation and post-meeting clear down.
  • Arranging Taxis for staff and guests as required.
  • Liaison with CEO PA to cover front desk when at lunch or on comfort breaks.
