Key Duties include:
- Primary point of contact for visitors
- Ensuring the ground floor meeting rooms as well as the reception area are tidy and organised
- Daily review of public calendar to prepare for visitor/guest arrival
- Ensure stationery is maintained, ordered and replaced
- Opening, date stamping and distribution of all post as well as handling all courier deliveries and dispatches
- Manage meeting room booking system, including requests, resolving clashes, owning pre meeting preparation and post-meeting clear down.
- Arranging Taxis for staff and guests as required.
- Liaison with CEO PA to cover front desk when at lunch or on comfort breaks.
