We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a very successful management consultancy based near London Bridge. You will be joining a team of 3 supporting the senior receptionist and this role will be to start immediately.

Duties will include;

  • Meeting room coordinator - Booking up to 30 meetings a day via the diary system
  • Answering the switchboard and directing calls in a timely manner
  • Setting up meeting rooms, with necessary stationery and refreshments
  • Secretarial Support

The successful candidate will have previous corporate reception experience and will have excellent MS Excel skills. You will be calm under pressure and have great attention to detail.
