Corporate Receptionist - City Based - £25,000-£28,000

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to provide 5* customer service within a boutique financial services firm based in the City.

You will work solely on reception and your responsibilties will include the following:

  • Answering and screening confidential calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Stock replenishing
  • Ensuring all commune areas are kept presentable and tidy at all times
  • Provide cross-coverage for support staff on sickness/holidays
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies

The ideal candidate will be punctual and reliable with excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate longevity in their career history. You will be corporately presented with a warm and friendly approach.
