Temporary Corporate Receptionist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to work within a leading European Bank as the first point of contact for clients and customers. This receptionist role is based in the centre of the City and is more than just a stand alone receptionist role.

The Role

The successful receptionist will be joining a fantastic team and providing support to the secretarial team. Meeting and greeting, arranging and coordinating meeting rooms, general reception duties, organising catering and refreshments, liaising with contractors and couriers, providing secretarial administrative support by way of expense forms and other adhoc requirements. German speaker is a bonus.

The Candidate

  • 1-2 years experience in a previous role
  • Competent user of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fantastic written and communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • German Speaker preferred
