£29,000-£32,000 basic plus excellent bonus and benefits

We are working with a leading Asset Finance provider that is looking to add a Team Leader to their Operations and Complaints team, based at their superb offices in Hertfordshire.

You will be supervising a Complaints Handling team and be pivotal in optimising service to customers as well as the development and performance of staff. You will work closely with another Team Leader to identify the root cause of complaints and develop best practice.

The role will involve taking full ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end complaints process, overseeing all complaints and ensuring that they are resolved in accordance with regulatory requirements. People management responsibilities will include allocation of work, managing resource levels at key periods and identifying team/individual development needs.

In order to be considered for this role you will possess proven technical leasing knowledge and previous Complaints handling experience. Previous experience of managing a team is also strongly preferred.
