Job Description

LMA Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Lloyd's syndicate, and one of the largest insurance companies in the world. The company is looking for a Complaints Handler to join their vibrant team of innovators.

Job Scope

  • To deal to customer complaints in the UK and Internationally
  • To handle customer complaints
  • To provide assistance and guidance to colleagues on matters relating to complaints
  • To liaise with cover holders and third parties to ensure the handling of complaints are reaching the requirements

Functional Knowledge

  • Experience with the non-marine insurance market
  • A minimum of 2 years complaints experience is preferred
  • An understanding in the London market and market practices is necessary
