LMA's Client a leading International Fintech business based in the City of London, are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their team. As the Compensation & Benefits Analyst you will work closely with the Head of Reward, ensuring the professional delivery of compensation and benefit processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Management and implementation of global annual salary and bonus reviews, partnering with the wider business including HRBP's, Finance and key business stakeholders

- Data analytics during year end reviews as well as on an ad hoc basis for the executive team.

- Salary Benchmarking

- Ensure that all employee data in regard to compensation and benefits is accurate and up to date

- Benefit renewals and vendor relationship management

- Monthly pension payments and reconciliations

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reward professional with experience of compensation, benefits and pensions in a complex commercial environment ideally with knowledge of Workday. The ability to lead on ad hoc projects with the ability to be highly accurate and numerical, possess strong organisational skills, agile and proactive in the workplace.
