LMA is delighted to be working with a Digital entertainment brand in the London area to support the search for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst.
This is a great opportunity for a high potential individual who has demonstrated an anlytical capability within HR to really focus and carve out a role in a fast paced and growing business.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and analysing an international monthly payroll through newly implemented Workday system
- Management of data administration and analysis of starters, leavers, allowances and employee benefits
- Creating bespoke monthly reports and dashboards looking at payroll variance reports and employee benefits data
- Updating employee tax documentation
- reviewing and signing off final payroll to ensure errors are corrected and payroll is ready to be sent out
- processing P45s, P60s, earnings orders, and benefits deductions
- gender pay gap reporting and analysis
- monthly on boarding to individuals to the provade medical health scheme
- production of regular people data reports for the HR Director and management team
- Bespoke MI and Analytics as per business requests
- support the annual pay review process with comp data analytics
