A unique opportunity has arisen with an exciting and rapidly expanding US bank within the City. They are looking for a Client Service Manager to join the team of a rapidly expanding US bank.

Some of the responsibilities within the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to day responsibility for managing incoming client emails into the UK Client Service Team.
  • Driving forward of the card product knowledge within the team.
  • Delegating quick kill/first touch enquiries.
  • Dealing with clients requests in regards to transactional and card banking.
  • Helping set KPIs and SLAs for the team and driving efficiency within the banking customer service team.

The successful candidate will have worked within a banking or card services company before within a client facing role. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. You must also have very strong Card Product knowledge.

The starting salary for this position will range £40,000 to £50,000 dependent upon experience, plus bonus, and benefits. These include a great work life balance and a family feel culture.
