LMA Recruitment are pleased to be working with a market leading organisation, specialising within property claims, who offer great training and future scope to progress. Due to their growing business, they are seeking a Claims Administrator to joining their exciting team based in Birmingham.


To assist and support the claims handling team by performing administrative tasks to a high standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Set up new systems to facilitate where necessary
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Maintain excel spreadsheet bordereau for clients and insurers

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with databases is advantageous (but not necessary, training will be given)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is necessary
  • Previous experience working in an Admin role is required
  • Familiar with office systems
