LMA recruitment are exclusively working with a CRM loyalty solution provider. This newly aquired business backed by a hugh multinational organsation are seeking a Buisness Development Executive who is able to generate meeting and leads for this dynamic CRM software. The company currently have operations in other coutries including Asia.

Duties include:

- Creates relationships with potential customers (lead management)
- Drive and administrate incoming leads
- Create and cultivate potential customers list
- Delivers pre-sales presentations ( in co-operation with presales executives)
- Develops relationships with current customers
- Identifies opportunities for new partnerships
- Creates and develops relationships with partners / resellers
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
- Follow quarterly and annual schedule in meeting predefined potential customers
- Presenting and selling this solutions as CRM and loyalty solutions
- Analyzes market, consumer and competitor's information
- Trains partner employees
- Negotiating contracts with strategic partners

Candidate requirements:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related-field ideal but not essential
- At least 3 years of prior experience to a business development position
- Very good knowledge of modern IT trends
- Experience working with senior management
- Experience in working with partners/resellers
- Capable to handle RFI and RFQs
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client-facing skills
- Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Valid Driver's License

Prior experience in selling and/or supporting and/or consulting CRM or loyalty solutions will be considered as strong asset
