My client is a global news and business information provider. They are looking for a Benefits Analyst to support a large client group across EMEA.

Reporting into the EMEA HRD, This role will be the go to person for all benefits related information, processes and relationships across the region for employees, external vendors as well as the HR team.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Determine employee benefit practices by benchmarking best practices; researching industry and employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact.
  • Make recommendations around employee benefit programs by examining, evaluating, and optimizing employee understanding, acceptance, and interests, costs, regulatory requirements, and competitive advantage
  • To develop and maintain a strong network, both internally with key stakeholders, and externally with other Benefit professionals.

The ideal candidate will have prior benefits analyst experience, will ideally be educated to degree level within a numerate or highly analytical discipline. You will be an effective and strong communicator with the ability to exchange information and ideas effectively in both a concise and logical way.
