Job Description

LMA Recruitment are pleased to be working with a personal & friendly Insurance company specialising in servicing claims needs of corporations, brokers, and insurers. Due to continued success within the organisation they are looking for an Audit and Technical Manager to join their exciting team.

Overview

Responsible for undertaking internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Available for UK travel
  • Meeting with clients face-to-face
  • Undertaking internal and external client audits
  • Discuss findings with clients
  • Create action plans based on findings
  • Manage a small team

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a technical adjuster role is required
  • Audit experience is ideal
  • Agricultural experience is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Must be customer / client focused
  • ACILA or ACII qualified / working towards these qualifications is preferred
