We are working with a prestigious client who are looking for a candidate who is flexible, charming and a real team player. Working for a finance company who work with a broad range of clients that include hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and investment advisers.

They are currently expanding their Operations team and looking for a candidate for an initial 6 month contract with a view for the role to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Looking for an immediate start. £22,000 - £28,000.

The role will assist various aspects of the operation functions of the business, including projects, client development and sales administration often working as a team with other colleagues.

Duties include:

  • Assist sales and business development personnel with reports memos and other documents
  • Ensure CRM systems are maintained and updated
  • Administer contracts and setup projects
  • Answer office phones and direct incoming calls
  • Ensure that client files and data records are organised and maintained
  • Assist with employee on and off boarding
  • Providing reporting and general admin to HR and Marketing teams
  • Cover office administration

The ideal candidate will be proactive with good organisation skills, be able to prioritise and multitask. A lot of the role is client facing so excellent communication skills and customer service is required.
