A specialist City based international bank requires an experienced administrator to support the Asset Management Team and provide lease management database support on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with relevant teams to ensure all costs are allocated to correct projects and all recharging is correctly performed.
  • Monitoring receipt of payment for all team invoicing lease management and remarketing invoicing.
  • Creating purchase orders and monitoring commitment on such P/Os.
  • Updating processes and procedures for Invoicing/Atlas related tasks.
  • Managing the Atlas system to implement all of team invoicing responsibilities.
  • Inputting team expenses and manning day sheets into Atlas.
  • Inputting all team Service issued invoices into Atlas.
  • Managing and updating team received invoice and generated invoice control sheets.
  • Liaising with Group Accounting for reporting on team invoicing activities.
  • Monitoring all expenses to be recharged from all locations of team staff and all recharge to relevant clientele.
  • Preparing and circulating to team on a weekly basis the Debtors Report.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in invoicing and recharging is essential
  • Previous experience working within financial services
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience of working with CRM systems
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A team player
