My client who is a highly successful international financial house based in the heart of the City is looking for a proactive, articulate, confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support to

key board members.

Reporting to the Chief of Estate, you will be providing administrative support to international offices and providing information to board members. The ideal candidate would be someone who is more comms orientated, who is able to update and amend their intranet site, create newsletters, create PowerPoint presentations, liaise with head office and maintaining and implementing standardisation in processes.

The role will also facilitate town hall sessions, take ownership of compliance reviews and ensure that standards are met, and liaise with auditors. Pull information together, track staff training and liaise with HR with staff personal development plans, training courses etc. Also be the point of contact for head office for any enquiries for the department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working for large international financial institutions preferably with some exposure to corporate real estate. You will also had previous experience of managing budgets and coordinating/managing mini projects.

Skills and experience required:

  • Very good standard of education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of interacting with Board members Level
  • Experience of arranging large scale meetings with senior management
  • Advanced MS Office Skills i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
