Our client, an international bank based in the City are seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee the UK Administration team who are responsible for providing admin support to the VP's, Directors and Managing Directors in the London office. The Administrative Manager will also be responsible for the front of house team and oversee the smooth running of all visitor access and hosting.

It is essential that you have experience managing an administrative/support team, ideally within financial services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and organisational skills, demonstrate expertise working and managing teams, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be happy to assist with all aspects of the role!

Key duties:

  • Managing the teams - goal-setting & performance management
