We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join a very successful global investment management firm based in London.

The Role

You will be responsible for responding to everyday requests from the EMEA Sales, Client Servicing and Consultant Relations team.

  • Supporting the EMEA Managing Director and his direct reports.
  • Answering calls & prioritizing & directing inquiries.
  • Complete travel arrangements for the entire sales team, preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Manage ongoing work stream coordination with other departments.
    • CRM Database Management
    • Plan events, group meetings, dinners, etc.
    • Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to word processing, copying, and data entry.
    • Calendar management for team.
  • Responsible for overall management and maintenance of office services and programs. Ensure that physical space are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Develop and manage the building, maintenance and vendor relationships, including reviewing accounts for performance and negotiating pricing/services based upon needs.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and planning skills. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. You need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
