Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote Monday, Thursday, Friday / Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Position Summary
The Travel Coordinator is responsible for arranging and managing travel logistics for healthcare providers across multiple states. This role includes booking airfare, hotels, and rental cars, communicating changes, and supporting scheduling needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Arrange airfare, hotel accommodations, and rental cars for providers.

Communicate updates or changes to travel plans with providers and internal teams.

Troubleshoot and adjust travel schedules as needed.

Ensure all travel arrangements meet budget and company guidelines.

Work with team members and other departments to support daily operations.

Complete reports and documentation as requested by the Supervisor.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior work experience in an office environment required.

Prior experience with booking travel preferred.

Previous experience with the organization is preferred.
