Department: Government Marketing (IN Medicaid/Medicare)
Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in US)
Position Type: Contract on W2
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Duration: 4 months (Start ASAP) Potential Extension Duties:
- Gathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projects
- Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing process
- Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant
- Maintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholders
- Reviews and validates copy against Source of Truth Documents for our Annual Enrollment Period
- Maintains spreadsheet of tracking metrics
- Project manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing agency
- Other work as assigned
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.
• Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Education:
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
