Diversity

We are totally committed, both as an employer and as a supplier of staff, to the entire Diversity and Inclusion agenda. We believe that organisations who hire on the basis of ability alone, and not with any prejudice, are able to grow a more successful and profitable business.

As suppliers of staff, we see how a diverse workforce can give you a competitive edge and sadly we see there is still a great deal of work to be done to ensure there is total equality when making hiring decisions and for minority groups to feel totally included in their organisation.

To support this, we have held numerous events in an effort to promote the D&I to our clients.  The biggest of these (which generated significant press) was in July 2015 where we held an event with The Lord Mayor of London, Alderman Alan Yarrow and Arun Batra, CEO of the National Equality Standard.  Over 150 of our clients attended.  Also in 2017, we held a similar event with John Amaechi OBE who gave a fantastic presentation on the importance of inclusion. 

As an organisation, we are so passionate about this.  We are on a path to becoming a Disability Confident employer (we are currently Disability Committed) and we are active in many D&I forums.  The world is changing and we want to further push this agenda at every opportunity.
