Operations/ Loans Admin Officer

The successful candidate will be required to have a good knowledge of loans admin as outlined below with payments (MT202cov / MT103) and/or CDD experience beneficial. This is not a high-volume processing role or solely loans admin. The successful candidate will be expected to step beyond the process and become involved in transactions at various stages of the life cycle. As an integral member of a small team, you will be trained across the various functions and must be prepared to be actively involved in all daily and other tasks Experience Proven experience in drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixing, fees. Previous experience of reviewing loan agreements to extract information relevant to the loan admin process. Experienced in secondary market trade Working knowledge/experience of Loan Admin. Communicating effectively with customers and internal departments. ·Knowledge of international customer payments / CDD beneficial. Personal specification Excellent Word / Excel / Outlook / keyboard / systems skills (Midas Fusion / SWIFT) Previous experience of working in a small team environment would be highly beneficial. Enthusiastic self-starter with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Flexible and confident team player with a positive can-do attitude Enthusiasm to learn and cross train to be involved in all department functions Initiative and ability to take ownership of issues through to a successful conclusion. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and analyse Excellent writing and reading skills Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have worked in a smaller bank and understands the importance of team work and be prepared to get involved in all functions with great support from Managers and the rest of the team.
