Senior HR Administrator

Senior HR Administrator - Prestigious Fintech. Exciting new opportunity for a Senior HR Administrator to be part of this rapidly growing Fintech's human resources function. Our prestigious client a leading specialist technology firm in the financial services sector are looking for a Senior HR Administrator to ensure an excellent delivery of HR services to internal staff, you will be responsible for the administration processes within the HR function including on boarding, management of leavers, recruitment and training. We are looking for a candidate ideally educated to degree level or CIPD certifications. A minimum of 2 years HR administration experience. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Experience of dealing with a high level of administration/coordination. Good Microsoft Office skills, intermediate Excel will be considered an advantage Process driven with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Good time management.
