Hi, I’m Nikolai and I joined LMA in July 2019. I head up the Governance Team (Risk, Compliance & Operations) and am based in the London Office. I have 20 years of recruitment experience and have placed risk, compliance and operations executives across a variety of financial services sectors such as Sell & Buy-Side and Risk Advisory & Strategy firms in London, Germany, Switzerland, North America & Asia.
My main areas of focus are compliance, market, credit, operational & quantitative risk as well as regulations impacting these. In addition to executive placements, I have served as an advisor to clients seeking to advance their governance structure and functions to more effectively navigate the dynamic regulatory landscape.
Prior to LMA I worked at Options Group as well as a few other firms focusing on risk, regulation & compliance. My Industry experience includes working at Deutsche Bank and Cargill. I have a BA (hons) in Business Studies from the University of East London and am fluent in English and German.
