Mike is a Marketing and Management Graduate with an outstanding track record of leading Sales Teams, penetrating international markets and predicting future markets. Mike has been with ConSol Partners for over 9 years and is part of the Leadership team that opened the Los Angeles office in 2014.
Mike has been in the Technical and Technology recruitment industry for more than 13 years and during that time has been credited as an expert in Client Solutions, Operations and has also enjoyed being USA’s Top Biller.
Since opening the Los Angeles office in 2014 Mike has been a key leader, business manager and driver of growth. He has grown and run his own desk focusing on the Digital and Emerging Technologies markets and has been integral in planning and researching future markets for his team.
Outside of work, Mike is also passionate Liverpool FC fan (though not as enthusiastic about the 4.30am kick-off times for games on TV) and enjoys living life in the Californian sunshine with his dog, Kano. As a health and fitness fanatic, Mike feels very much at home in the health-conscious LA environment.
