Hi, I’m Mary and I’ve been with LMA since 2006. Before that I worked for Spring Personnel for 16 years, matching office support staff to all sorts of blue chip companies. So I’ve seen the full evolution of the profession – from the old-fashioned PA to the powerful role they play today.
Our team is amazingly friendly and sociable – always first to celebrate LMA’s legendary ‘Prosecco Fridays’. But it’s not just about having fun. It’s vital for us to know our clients and their businesses. After all, making sure a candidate has the right personality fit is just as important as the right qualifications. That’s why we’re so successful in the sector.
