Hi, I’m Jenny and I joined the business support division of LMA in 2013, from another leading agency. I was looking for an agency where I could work with colleagues who had the same values as me, really understanding both client and candidate to maximise potential and give 100% excellence of service.

I love it here - the team is like an extended family and we all work so well together. During my two maternity leaves, I felt so relaxed in the knowledge that my colleagues understood fully how to look after my individual brilliant client and candidate base. It really helps to know that at LMA we all care about OUR business.

With a great team, an extremely low turnover and a fantastic work ethic, the service here is second to none and we have a great spirit that uplifts the company! We work very hard to focus on delivery, but we add a sprinkle of fun into our day and that rolls out across the whole business, putting a smile on everyone’s faces.

Outside of work, a lot of my time is taken up by my two gorgeous children, but when I get the chance I love going to gigs and travelling whenever I can.
