Hi, I’m Daniel. I joined LMA in January 2015 and it was my first experience of working in the recruitment industry.
Being results driven and tenacious I knew recruitment would be the fast paced, high energy career I was looking for.
Having never worked in a business with a bigger headcount than 15 I was looking for the smaller, friendly boutique type firm that was built on strong values and that’s exactly what I got with LMA.
Over the course of the last 4 years the business has been hugely supportive in my growth and I have met some truly interesting and talented people.
Since joining LMA I have thoroughly integrated myself into the operations market and count myself as a true specialist in my area. I have coverage of middle and back office operations roles at all levels of seniority. I also have an extensive sectoral reach embracing corporate and investment banking, asset and wealth management, broking and commodity trading.
I work in close partnership with my clients to offer a variety of services including, but not limited to, both contingent and retained search, market research, salary benchmarking and due diligence.
I believe I take a true consultative approach to my recruitment style and pride myself on providing an excellent candidate and client experience.
