Hi, I’m Claire and I joined the Temps Secretarial Division of LMA in June 2018. My most recent experience was gained within a leading Global Recruitment Agency as an award winning Consultant and Recruitment Manager specialising in placing temporary support staff into various industry sectors. Previously to that my background was within the Financial Services Sector. With more than 10 years working in recruitment my move to LMA was a natural progression, working within a dynamic and supportive team with a wealth of knowledge and experience I didn’t have to think twice about joining LMA. The energy and professionalism across the business is infectious and perfectly complements my natural consultative approach with both clients and candidates. Providing an excellent service is my passion and I pride myself on delivering this with a smile, which is not difficult when working with the team at LMA. As they say “Variety is the spice of life”, I can honestly agree with this as I get to provide a consultative and professional service to both clients and candidates and no day is the same. According to Forbes “'Work Hard, Play Hard' Lifestyle Is Real”. I am testament to that and at weekends like to spend my time catching up with my family, sampling the culinary delights that my talented chef of a daughter produces, socialising with friends and generally enjoying life and the fruits of my labour!
