We found him! To celebrate our 20 year anniversary, we wanted to track down the first person LMA helped successfully find a new role 20 years ago in 1999. And here he is, with our MD, Russell Thompson. We placed Martin Oates at Commerzbank all those years back and to thank him for setting LMA on our way, we presented him with a 20 year old bottle of Ardmore Whiskey.
