The role

We have now a fantastic opportunity for an ER Specialist or a HR Business Partner with a bias toward ER to join an international financial firm here in London. The role has been defined as a partnership, working direct with your client group on a variety of employee relation issues and generalist work. This is naturally a commercially focused position within an organisation going through significant amounts of change. Continuing within the trends of the market, this role will have exposure to restructures, performance management, compromise agreement, high profile grievance and disciplines and contribute overall to the very professional and highly respected HR business.
