Chien-Yeat Ow - Candidate Manager - LMA Singapore

Chien-Yeat Ow is an experienced researcher within the finance space and after several years as a financial analyst with major banking groups in Singapore, Chien-Yeat decided to pursue a career in recruitment. Chien- Yeat will be joining LMA Singapore as a Senior Researcher, with a focus on candidate acquisition for the business. His approach to candidate management is very much centred on understanding the career aspirations of the candidate and making sure the opportunities presented are always in line with these. Chien-Yeat is a very dedicated and thorough researcher, and will go the extra mile to secure the best jobs for his candidates.
