A global energy and utilities company require an enthusiastic and reliable temp to assist during a busy period for 3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Furniture set up for meetings.

When necessary help staff with photocopying/Binding/Laminating requirements.

Keeping the mailroom/stationery cupboards and photocopy points tidy.

Create calendar entries for facilities visitors and send out to reception and facility staff members

Ensure all meeting rooms are supplied with pens and cleaning products

Create calendar entries for furniture moves for meetings

Help organise desk moves/adjusting monitor arms/ordering special desk equipment

Collection of mugs and cleaning of kitchen when reception are low on staff

Assist in any heavy moving

Keep a close eye on the Facilities inbox and respond to enquiries

Dispose of any large cardboard rubbish into the goods lift area

Collect any orders from the loading bay and help unpack supplies

Investigate and report any dishwasher, microwave and fridge faults

Clear any leavers desk and pedestal for new starters

Assist with any building maintenance

Assist with any staff facility enquiries

Provide all mail room services e.g.

Collect and distribute papers

Regular Internal mail deliveries and collection

Collect all parcels from the loading bay

Book and track International and local couriers

Frank all royal mail letters
