Temp HR Administrator - West End - £25-35K

We urgently require a superb temporary HR administrator who is able to start imminently and is utterly career committed and passionate about their role. Working for our prestigious finance client based in luxurious offices, you will provide extensive administrative support to HR professionals who expect accuracy, discretion and team spirit.

We are looking for a candidate who is a safe pair of hands and who can undertake a variety of tasks with professionalism and warmth. You must be motivated and ideally be available indefinitely in a temporary capacity, with enormous potential to grow with the business and get your foot in the door of a leading finance house.

Ideally you will have a passion for HR and complete flexibility to handle a full range of admin tasks. You should have experience of using Excel and possess a love of spreadsheets and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of all benefit schemes, including pension, starters and leavers process and monthly updates
  • Administer benefits plans, communications programme and benefits handbook; Work with HR Manager to identify improvements and review new plans
  • Ensure employee handbooks are maintained
  • Manage Associate holiday tracker and resource planner
  • Ensure smooth running of all visa and work permit applications
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with Home Office/UKBA regulatory requirements
  • Working with Heads of HR, ensure accurate, up to date and relevant data is contained within the HR portal, ongoing responsibility for administration of data
  • Support HR Manager and line managers as necessary in annual review processes
  • Provide support to the recruitment process
  • Ad hoc projects as required by the business
