Receptionist/Office Assistant, £24-27k, London

An international commodities company based in beautiful offices in the West End are looking for a highly professional, friendly and credible receptionist to join their team. The role is based on their reception however it is extremely varied with additional tasks and administration involved.

The role will be based on reception, and will involve meeting and greeting their high net worth clients and visitors to the London office, answering incoming calls and enquiries, and managing their meeting rooms, keeping them clean and tidy. The role will involve meeting clients from different countries and cultures hence a cultural awareness and respect is required. The position will also include managing their various events, board meetings and conferences, ensuring facilities, stock and stationery are in order, and providing support to the accounts function including processing invoices, expenses and inputting information onto their SUN Accounting system.

Candidates will require:

  • Previous office administration or reception experience, with exposure to high net worth individuals
  • Good Microsoft Office skills required, exposure to accounting systems desirable
  • Experience within a corporate, professional environment
  • A professional, respectful and confident attitude with the ability to multi-task
  • A flexible attitude, happy to get involved with many tasks and duties

This is a highly varied role that has busy periods and quieter periods, hence an adaptable nature with the ability to use initiative is required. This is however a lovely company to work for, based in lovely offices, excellent benefits on offer.
