Receptionist, City, £25,000pa - £35,000pa Hours 8am- 5pm or 9am - 6pm

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Corporate Receptionist who will be working for a highly progressive and well renowned Finance House based in the City.

They are looking for someone who is committed, who loves working with people, approachable, flexible with regards to tasks.

A professional demeanour and presentation is vital for this role.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Manage the reception area, greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms
  • Answer the phones and respond to internal and external calls
  • Provide all round administrative support for departments eg. mailings , correspondence, reports and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes/Outlook
  • Logging invoices and managing holiday/ sickness records

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years working in either an Investment Bank, Asset Management Firm or Law Firm
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Lotus Notes/Outlook
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
