A leading financial services firm is looking to recruit an HR Interim with experience with Success Factors to support the Project Managers as a business analyst in the design and implementation of the compensation module within HR.

This role is to start ASAP and initially for 2 months with potential to extend.

The Business Analyst will:

  • Document and analyse the current 'as-is' solutions and processes and the needs of the business
  • Capture, validate and manage functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Challenge business assumptions so that the delivered solution meets both current and future needs
  • Work with the Project Managers to identify and mitigate risks and issues during the project lifecycle
  • Support the testing phases of the project and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist the business in the development and production of various project documentation including rollout communications and user guides
  • Participate in system admin training, act as system SME and provide User support during the rollout and post-live phases.
  • Actively encourage process change across a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience of Success Factors is essential and experience working in financial services is preferred but not essential.
